    Fantastic!

I booked the beach club day cruise for my boyfriend's birthday and we both loved it! BHC provides transfer to and from your hotel to the harbor, and when we arrived we were greeted by the friendly staffs. Inside the boat, tea/coffee and nice pastries are provided while we board. After we arrived at the pontoon, we are transferred to the Lembongan island by smaller boats. There are many activities you can choose from snorkelling, banana boat, village tour, marine coral view, and many more activities. The island and beach club is really beautiful. My boyfriend and I had a blast and thought that it is worth the price. Moreover, they serve really great BBQ lunch too! Thank you Bali Hai Cruises!

    Great last day

Our flight didn't leave until 7 pm so we booked this cruise. Bali Hai stored our luggage in an office while we went out for the day. We were able to get dropped off at the airport at no additional charge. Great experience. Aquanats was unlike anything I've ever done before.

    Reef Crusie and Aquanauts

A fantastic day. Meet up at Harbour for boat out to the Pontoon which took about 30 minutes. Went alongside Pontoon then guests split in to two group. Reef cruise remained on the pontoon whilst beach club got a boat to the beach. Plenty to do on the pontoon, snorkelling, Diving from diving boards, semi submersible submarine, banana boat, Parasailing, Sunbathing in comfy deckchairs, glass bottom reef viewing room on the pontoon, boat to local village, water slide.
The aquanaut experience was something different from normal scuba diving and I would suggest this may not be an ideal choice. We had one young lad who couldn't equalize and therefore he missed out on an excellent experience. You descend to about 15Mtrs and get a chance to feed the fish which, are plentiful. You can have a video made of your experience which we did but obviously at extra cost.
The only downside of the day was we did not get a chance to do the parasailing because we left booking it on the pontoon to late and all trips were full. I would suggest that if you want to do this book it as soon as you get on the pontoon to avoid disappointment.
All in all an excellent day, highly recommended.

Very prompt responses, Great host and Great Trip ! Highly recommended

We had booked for 27 adults and 4 kids. But ended up with 22 Adults and 4 Kids so a refund was promptly processed as promised. Which was great!

The whole day was very well planned, Everyone enjoyed the trip. Scenery was fantastic!.

    Well Done!

Overall good, but false advertising on Aquanauts duration

Overall good, except one major issue. We went especially to try the "Aquanauts" / "Seawalker" and the day was a fairly satisfying day including Aquanauts as an experience.

But the package says "1 hour of Aquanauts" and what we got was 25 minutes tops. I recorded it, started a recording with my Gopro as I put on the life jacket, and ended the recording as I hit the top of the deck again at the end of the trip down there. literally 25 minutes on the counter.

So it was quite a disappointment when you start off the day with the major attraction you had booked the tour for, and it's less than half the advertised duration.
And for those who are wondering about the time they took beforehand for explanations, I will grant you they took 10 good minutes to make sure we understood the "underwater language" and all (actually these helmets are fairly simple and user friendly), so even if we were to add the time for putting on life jackets and explanations, it would be 35 minutes at most, still very far from the advertised 1 hour.

And it doesn't come cheap even with a discount.

One day trip is great. Except the time is too rush.

After the cruise arriving at the reef pontoon, it takes more than half an hour to park the cruise and transfer to the boat to the beach or some where. You can actually start your activities at 11:30 AM, and you have to leave at 2:30 PM.

Booked the night before, no issues, picked up on time with air conditioned transport
Boat was smooth and big enough for space with all passengers
Beach club was amazing, what a great spot and the BBQ lunch was delicious, so many options!
Too man activities on offer I was unable to do them all, what a great day out and location
Decided to delay my trip back and enjoyed the ocean raft as return transport... Was fantastic, what a thrill!

I LOVED this cruise and thought it was very good value for all the activities and facilities we got to enjoy during the day. The staff were also very professional and well organised. Clearly they've been doing this a long time as it is a well-oiled operation...

I can sometimes get seasick with rocky boats but the ship was stable and large enough to have lots of room to move around in, with air-conditioned and open areas to hang out (and a live band to keep you entertained on the way there!)

The beach club at Mushroom Bay had a lovely soft stretch of sand right in front of it, so I took advantage of the opportunity to relax on a deck chair and have gelato ;) The buffet lunch was also quite good and much better than any I have had on other trips around Asia. I'll probably come back with more friends again soon!

More about how my day went:

I have to say the first impression was very good - when we arrived at their reception area in Benoa harbour the staff were quick to give us our itineraries for the day. I appreciated the clear schedule, which made it easy to understand where we had to go and what our activity options were for the day.

There were quite a lot of people on the boat but the ride to the island was very smooth and there was enough room for everyone. The staff had breakfast ready for guests and everyone had their muffins and coffee while listening to the live band on board.

My friend and I opted to book their option Aquanauts activity since we had never tried it before and it looked really cool! I was initially a bit nervous about having the 'globe' over my head, but the staff were very patient my questions and and guided me down slowly so I could get used to the pressure as I got lowered to the sea floor.

If you've never done it before, basically there is a tank that pumps oxygen into the mask so you get to breathe freely underwater!! There were 2 instructors in scuba gear to check on us constantly and capture photos and videos of us with the fish swirling around us. One of the instructors was also in the 'mask' and would feed the fish right in front of us. I was so amazed to have them come so close that I could touch them!! After all of the snorkelling I have done (I've even tried the underwater scooter before), I think this was the closest I've ever come to fish underwater!

After we completed our Aquanauts activity, we were ferried directly over to the beach club where we signed up for a village tour later that day to check out the local village centre and the seaweed farm. As a city girl, it was my first time touching fresh seaweed and seeing seaweed farms, which was quite cool.

There were unlimited banana boats from the beach and another snorkelling tour to join but since I had already done the Aquanauts experience, I opted to just relax at the beach club and enjoy the view. It was a very relaxing day out and one I will try to come back to do again soon!

Tip: If you have the time, stay on Nusa Lembongan for one night and explore the island on motorbike. It is very quiet and peaceful and Blue Lagoon on the neighbouring island Nusa Ceningan (accessible by a small bridge) is gorgeous and so is dusk at Sunset beach. Bali Hai can take you back on their boat the next day!

The transition from our hotel to benoa harbor and Lembongan Island was very smooth. It was more than what I expected especially travelling with our 3 yr old..We managed to snorkel, play the banana boat. The pool was on maintanence but there was another pool. Lunch was awesome and I would definitely book more trips with voyagin because its just a click away!!
