Hi, my name is Ongky and I'm originally from Ubud. I went to culinary school and have been cooking at many high-end hotels since 2009. I love traditional Balinese food and specialise in pastries like breads, which we make fresh here at the hotel, and cookies. My favorite dish to make is my famous bebek goreng, or crispy fried duck! I have trained for many years in traditional Balinese cuisine, so would be happy to share my knowledge with you!

The chef really passionate teach balinese food and very friendly. The resort also beautiful and has friendly staff.
