Also, we'll help you choose a healthy diet plan that goes best with your work, routine, exercise and lifestyle. Our beautiful open air studio is in a natural serene setting: the sea which is just an arm length away will make you want to come back over and over again! To summarise, this experience at Freedom will make you realise that progress towards a healthier lifestyle is a MUST. You can choose between one of the following 60 mins session 1. Yoga 2. Yoga, Meditation and Pranayam 3. Meditation and Pranayam 4. Functional Training 5. Pilates 6. A detailed De-tox AHAR (Diet) plan A detailed De-tox AHAR (Diet) plan session can be chosen in addition with any of the first five options.
