Come see a different side of Hong Kong in my humble home in Tin Shui Wai, a local residential area in New Territories where many locals reside. We'll start our session with an explanation of the different ingredients used in Pakistani cooking. This is as hands-on of a session as you'd like, so you can help me prepare the dishes as I would for a family meal. We can cook a variety of dishes including 4 or 5 of the following, depending on what you are interested in learning. Afterwards, we'll sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labour! - Chicken Curry - Pulao (rice made from chicken broth and meat) - Beef Kebabs - Raita (a yogurt based side dish) - Chapatis (flat bread to go with curry) - Chana Masala (chickpeas cooked) - Beef Curry - Biryani (rice mixed with chicken curry) - Parathas (variety including potato, minced meat parathas)
