We start our morning at 9am with a visit to the wet market in my neighbourhood. I'll show you all the different ingredients on offer and you can meet the local vendors and take all the pictures you want! After this quick shopping trip, we return to my apartment where we cook a variety of Cantonese dishes such as dumplings and steamed chicken in lotus leaf. This is a hands-on session where you get to participate and ask me as many questions as you'd like!
