    Requirements

  • Head of Affiliate Marketing

    The Brief

    We’re looking for someone to head our affiliate marketing; someone who excels at identifying and executing partnerships with media, bloggers, brands, and testing new opportunities. As the Head of Affiliate Marketing, you’ll be responsible for our future success and scaling the business by implementing effective CPA, CPC, and display marketing campaigns across new and existing affiliates.
    On a daily basis, you will be:

    • - Strategize the affiliate growth plan and work closely with the team to build the future of booking things to do
    • - Find opportunities in new partnerships and work with the business development team to execute them
    • - Build strong relationships with our top affiliate partners to grow our partnership further
    • - Work with CPA networks as well as individual bloggers to grow our affiliate network

    Requirements

    Requirements

Part Time Work

  • Japan Customer Support

    The Brief

    As a part-timer on our customer support team, you’ll be on the front lines talking to guests and making sure that they have a great experience using Voyagin! You'll keep up the use of your language skills in a business setting, and be part of an exciting and fast growing project to create travel opportunities with tech solutions. Your responsibilities will include handling requests through email and calls; communicating with local hosts & guides; being an integral part of our concierge team and bringing your own special sauce to the mix.

    Requirements

    • - More than 1 year of working experience
    • - Native Japanese speaker
    • - Business-level English speaker
    • - Able to work at least 4 hours a day, 4 days a week (weekends preferable)

    Preferred Skills

    • - Previous experience in a customer support position (ideally in travel, hotel or call center)

    Location

    Wage
