If you're transferring from your hotel in central Tokyo or Maihama to Narita Airport, your driver will pick you up at the bell desk. You'll be dropped off at Narita Airport with more than enough time for all the necessary pre-departure measures. How it works

For transfer from Narita Airport to your hotel: 1: Once your booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable, and the details are non-changeable. For any changes (e.g. flight number), please cancel your current booking and make a new one. We will only issue refunds if your flight details are delayed/changed due to the weather and/or if we have to cancel your booking for the same reason. ※ Please note that connecting flights are non-refundable, even in the case of natural disasters. 2: Your driver, who will be holding a signboard saying ‘Green Tomato,’ will wait for you at the arrival hall after customs clearance for 30–90 minutes after your flight’s actual arrival time. If you do not show up within 90 minutes, you will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued 3: After meeting your driver, you may go to the restroom, change money, or buy a SIM card at a vending machine. However, due to lack of time, exchanging JR passes or renting mobile phones are not allowed 4: You will leave the airport within 2 hours of your flight’s arrival. Since this is a shared service, you may have to wait for other passengers Note: If your flight is delayed but arriving on the same day as your requested date, we will provide an alternate shuttle for free. However, if it is arriving the next day or later, regardless of the reason, your booking will be canceled without a refund, and you will have to make a new booking For transfer from your hotel to Narita Airport: 1: Once your booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable, and the details are non-changeable.
